The school sports partnership offers a wide variety of competitions and events for our primary schools to attend throughout the academic year including whole class family festivals and small team direct entry competitions. To celebrate schools participation and achievement in these events we have created the Primary School Games Leaderboard below, where schools are rewarded with 5 points for participating in any given event. Schools are rewarded extra points for achieving a top three placing, with 3 points for first place, 2 points for second place and one point for third place. We hope this will encourage all schools to engage in the school games, putting physical activity and competitive sport at the heart of their school and providing more young people the opportunity to compete and achieve their personal best.

The leaderboard will be updated to reflect the competitions that take place each term.
